For a sweet potato’s simply set potato by sun and let slips grow long and strong you can then pluck slips off potato and set in water by window changing water frequently until roots grow . Once roots grow you can plant them in a 40 gal bucket . Potatoes don’t always grow but it’s always a fun gamble. Have fun!
