Ingredients 🛒

•1 large organic cucumber

•Juice of 1/2 lemon freshly squeezed

•1/2 of lemon sliced

•1 c white vinegar

•1 c room temp water

•9 cloves of fresh whole garlic

•1 tbsp brown sugar

•3/4 tsp dried dill weed

•1/4 tsp black pepper

•1 1/2 tsp sea salt

•1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

•1 bay leaf

Step by step instructions ✅

🔪 First slice cucumber into 1/8 inch thick round slices.

🥣 Drop into a medium bowl 1 c white vinegar, 1 c room temp water, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 3/4 tsp dried dill weed, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 1/2 tsp sea salt + 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes. Stir altogether for about 30seconds.

🍋 Then add in juice of 1/2 lemon freshly squeezed. Stir altogether.

🫙 Grab a medium to large size jar or mason jar, fill up w/sliced cucumber rounds, drop in 9 cloves of fresh whole garlic, 1/2 of lemon sliced, 1 bay leaf + liquid mixture.

💧Make sure the cucumbers are completed submerged in the liquid. Seal the top of the jar + refrigerate for a minimum of 24hours before eating.
