In addition, connecting with support groups, whether online or locally, offers immense encouragement. Sharing experiences, discussing fears, and celebrating victories with others who understand your plight can be incredibly powerful. It helps to know you are not alone - many are navigating similar paths. Embracing faith or spirituality can provide solace during challenging times, fostering a sense of community and purpose. Each journey is unique, and while the fight can be daunting, it’s crucial to remain informed and proactive in seeking the best care. Remember, this isn’t just about survival; it's about living fully after overcoming huge obstacles. Always consult healthcare professionals, participate in open dialogues about your health, and lean on your support network as you navigate this battle.

Wellllll I made it to the first weekend in my 75 soft challenge & ‘failed’ 😅 actually I made it through the weekend, but when Monday came I didn’t complete all my tasks. I over ate, I didn’t exercise, didn’t drink much water, I stayed up way too late & had a few drinks to end the night. 🙃 s
