You Are Be Breaking The Cycle

Good morning 💜

How have you been breaking the cycle?

I have been rather ill this past week. I kept trying to go to work anyway and almost went home in an ambulance. My anxiety got the best of me and was nervous to call out.

CALL OUT.

It's all right.

I did for the rest of all last week and only then did I start to feel better.

... Read moreBreaking the cycle of unhealthy habits often starts with making conscious choices that prioritize your well-being. When faced with anxiety or stress, many people struggle to step back and take time for themselves. It's crucial to recognize that self-care is not a luxury but a necessity for mental and physical health. Choosing yourself means allowing space for rest and recovery, especially when you're unwell. The impact of work-related stress can be profound, leading to burnout and exacerbating anxiety levels. It’s okay to 'call out' when you need a break. Understand that by prioritizing your own needs, you not only improve your well-being but also enhance your productivity in the long run. Encouraging a culture that values self-care helps break the stigma around needing time off. Share your journey and provide support for others who might feel the same way. Engaging with communities focused on self-love and self-care can further strengthen the message that our health should always come first.
