Creative Journaling

This is one of my favorite ways to journal. I know some people call it junk journaling. I call it my glue book. I like to do this when I'm having a blah day and just can't get my creativity going. I grab my scraps and just throw it together. I highly recommend doing this. I highly recommend doing any kind of journaling actually. It's just really good for you.
