🐷 Pave Pork Legs Recipe (For 3-5 People)

🧂 raw materials

* Pig leg 1-1.5kg (cremated, washed clean)

* 5-8 boiled eggs (peeled)

* Garlic 8-10 cloves (pounded)

* 3-4 coriander roots (smashed)

* 1 teaspoon peppercorn

* 2-3 sticks of cinnamon

* 2-3 bay leaves

1. Scalding the pig's legs in boiling water for 5-10 minutes to reduce the fishy smell, then rinse again.

2.Pounded garlic + coriander root + pepper. Make enough coarse.
