Growing my glutes from scratch 🍑

I wish content creators and influencers would just be upfront with how long it takes to grow glutes. So many people try to push their 8-week or 3 month glute program when in reality, it takes much longer than that. Also your diet and frequency of workouts play a huge factor.

In my opinion, you wont see much of glute growth in 8 weeks. Maybe a few inches but being realistic… it will definitely take much longer. Be mindful when you follow influencers & content creators who try to sell this. Additional Tips: be disciplined and have patience.
