Why do we agree to increase the budget?

When looking for information before doing home, we found that many of you made a nude air cover box in the back, only the front panel to cover your eyes, but the back still saw the air pipe.
But the design we want is that when we look up, we don't see the pipe, everything has to be hidden in the box, and then we walk out to the side and penetrate the wall, and the front of the house also has to see the air pipe.
It's a lot of people, wanting it to look beautiful inside and out. 😅
As for the weight-bearing frame, we chose a steel frame instead of a wooden one, which when we were done, we realized that it was the right decision.
1️⃣ The room looks more neat than it looks.
When all the pipes are hidden, the frosted lines look very sharp and clean.
Nothing pulls the eyes, and when you look obliquely, you don't see the system coming up, and the whole picture really gives you a feed-in, not a point-solving job.
2️⃣ Addicted to the air, close to the frosted, the room looks higher.
We can almost freeze the air because the pipes are all hidden in the box.
As a result, the top of the room looked continuous, the room looked sheer and taller, the walls looked very clean.
3️⃣ Use a steel frame for long-term strength.
Because we hid the pipe inside, we chose a steel frame.
The advantage is that the pipe weight is good, not bent from moisture.
Longer life than a wooden frame.
It may increase the budget a little bit, but it gets long-term comfort.
4️⃣ keep the light from the curtain.
The box also acts as a built-in "top light visor."
When the rear curtain is attached, the box will keep out the light that normally passes through the top channel, especially if the solid curtain is used, the room will be much darker.
So we made the living room and the bedroom.
Overall, we like it a lot.
For us, it's not just about beauty.
But it's about keeping the system work done.

ถ้าใครกำลังคิดว่า “บังท่อแอร์ยังไงดี” แล้วอยากให้ดูเหมือนงานบิวต์อินตั้งแต่แรก ไม่ใช่ทำทีหลังแบบแก้ขัด เราแนะนำให้เริ่มจากการวางแผน “กล่องบังท่อแอร์” ให้ไปด้วยกันกับ “กล่องบังรางม่าน” ตั้งแต่ขั้นออกแบบ จะช่วยให้ซ่อนท่อเนียน และภาพรวมไม่รกตาจริงๆ สิ่งที่เราเช็กก่อนตัดสินใจทำ มีประมาณนี้ค่ะ 1) เลือกแบบกล่อง: ปิดท่อให้มิดทั้งด้านหน้าและด้านหลัง หลายบ้านทำกล่องบังแอร์แค่แผงหน้า พอมองเฉียงๆ หรือยืนใกล้หน้าต่างยังเห็นท่อแอร์อยู่ เราเลยเลือกแบบที่ปิดเป็นกล่องจริง ซ่อนท่อ/สาย/ทางน้ำทิ้งไว้ด้านใน แล้วค่อย “เดินท่อออกด้านข้าง” ไปเจาะผนังออกนอกบ้าน แบบนี้มุมไหนก็ดูเรียบร้อย 2) กะระยะให้แอร์ “ชิดฝ้า” แต่ยังเซอร์วิสได้ ไอเดียซ่อนรางท่อแอร์ให้สวย ต้องเผื่อพื้นที่ให้ช่างทำงานในอนาคตด้วย เช่น เผื่อช่องเปิดหรือแผ่นปิดซ่อมได้ (access panel) ตำแหน่งที่ควรนึกไว้คือบริเวณท่อ/จุดต่อ/ทางน้ำทิ้ง เพราะเวลาล้างแอร์หรือมีน้ำหยดจะได้ไม่ต้องรื้อฝ้าใหญ่ 3) โครงเหล็ก vs โครงไม้ ถ้ากล่องต้องรับน้ำหนักและมีความชื้นจากระบบแอร์ เรารู้สึกว่าโครงเหล็กอุ่นใจกว่า ลดปัญหาโก่ง/บิดในระยะยาว โดยเฉพาะจุดที่ต้องเก็บงานให้เส้นฝ้าคมๆ เนียนๆ 4) วางแผนม่านไปพร้อมกัน (ม่านทึบ/ม่านโปร่ง) อีกอย่างที่หลายคนมองข้ามคือ “ช่องว่างเหนือผ้าม่าน” เราเผื่อไว้ให้สามารถติดม่านโปร่งเพิ่มทีหลังได้ และกล่องบังรางม่านยังช่วยกันแสงลอดด้านบน โดยเฉพาะห้องนอนที่ใช้ม่านทึบ จะรู้สึกว่าห้องมืดสนิทขึ้นจริง 5) สรุปเช็กลิสต์คุยกับช่างให้ชัด - อยากซ่อนท่อให้ไม่เห็นจากมุมเฉียง/จากด้านนอกบ้าน - ให้ท่อออกด้านข้างและเจาะผนังตำแหน่งไหน - มีช่องเซอร์วิสตรงไหน เปิดยังไง - ระยะกล่องสัมพันธ์กับรางม่านและระยะตกของผ้าม่าน - งานเก็บรอยต่อ/แนวฝ้าให้คมเหมือนบิวต์อิน สำหรับเรา การทำที่บังแอร์แบบซ่อนท่อแอร์ในกล่องเดียวกับรางม่าน เป็นดีเทลเล็กๆ ที่พออยู่จริงแล้วคุ้มมาก ห้องดูสะอาด โปร่ง และมองแล้วสบายตาทุกวันค่ะ
