The court sentenced Teacher Preecha-Jae to six months' imprisonment for falsely informing others to be punished in the 30 million lottery case, pointing to serious behavior, should not be parole.
At 9: 30 a.m., at the Rama I Criminal Court, the prosecutor, Criminal Division 6, is the plaintiff of the charges against Mr. Preecha, Contemplation, or Teacher Preecha, and Mrs. Ratchan, Supathip, or Jee, two of them are defendants of the offence of jointly informing a false statement to the officer, which may cause damage to others or the public.
The prosecution concluded that between 2-28 November 2017, the two defendants jointly made a false statement to the Inquisitor General of Kanchanaburi that the 1st defendant had purchased five government lottery numbers 533726 for the first period of 1 November 2017 from the 2nd defendant, and that the lottery was awarded at 1 worth 30 million baht, but lost it before claiming that Lt. Gen. Run Vimul had taken the lottery to raise the prize money and reported the burglary prosecution.
In fact, the 1st defendant did not buy or own the government lottery, the notice and testimony of both defendants constituted a false statement to the interrogator to persecute the victim to a criminal sentence and cause the officer to record the false statement in the official documents, asking the court to punish both defendants in accordance with the law.
The court reviewed the evidence and ruled that the actions of the 1-2 defendants were one offence against several laws to punish for jointly informing false statements of criminal offences to the interrogator that the offence had been committed in the knowledge that the offence had not been committed in order to pretend that a person was to serve a sentence of one year each. 1-2 defendants gave confessions beneficial to a reduction of half of their sentence and imprisonment for both defendants for six months each.
A review of the search report and the determination of the two defendants showed that in addition to perjury in the criminal case, the civil case of the Kanchanaburi Provincial Court was testified that the joint plaintiff was charged with the account. If the 1st defendant wins the case, he will receive a lot of money. It is considered that serious behavior should not wait for punishment.
Reporters reported that Mr. Preecha had been restless, walked into the courtroom several times, and sat outside the courtroom until the court called, and the court later had a sentence not awaiting imprisonment.
