Hey y’all, I’m tired 🥲
Today was a very long work day but I’m not complaining I’m just tired 😩. Also my son is in the weird phase where he wakes up at night and causes chaos. So I just have a few things working against my sleep routine right now 🤣
Anywho , at first I decided I didn’t wanna work out today then I felt guilty so I did it anyways. I worked arms and did some light cardio as well . I need exercises that work that little mom flap that grows under you upper arm iykyk😭Any suggestions?
































































































Oooo I have the same flab on my arms I’m trying to get rid of. You can use barbells and hold them close to your chest and go outwards and inwards. Gotta work out the pecs and arms ! 👍
