🍵🍰 my honest review of rise bakehouse!

Rise Bakehouse @ Potong Pasir

went to the other rise bakehouse outlet in potong pasir (can use cdc!) for a sweet treat post-dinner🍴and there were many many yummy dessert options!

🍓strawberry matcha cloud latte $9

my friend said that she has tasted better matcha quality elsewhere, but the drink came together very well! the strawberry milk, puree and matcha combined were sweet and rich with lots of micro foam 🍵

🧇fresh berries waffle $17.9

the waffle was very fresh! crispy on the outside and warm and fluffy in the centre, topped with many fruits and a super satisfying creamy strawberry ice cream 🍦

you can check out their online menu (risebakehouse.sg) for all the different pretty pastries they have as well! there was so much variety displayed in the glass cabinet it was hard to resist buying a couple more just to try 😅😅 loved their interior and service was great too~

... Read moreIf you’re a fan of unique dessert cafes, Rise Bakehouse at Potong Pasir is definitely worth a visit. Beyond the strawberry matcha cloud latte and fresh berries waffle, the bakery offers a wide variety of pretty pastries and cakes, all baked in-house. What really stood out to me was how fresh everything tasted. The waffles were crispy on the outside but fluffy in the center, complemented by creamy strawberry ice cream that pairs perfectly with the fruit topping. The strawberry matcha latte was quite enjoyable too, blending fruity sweetness with the earthiness of matcha and topped with microfoam for a delicate texture. It’s also interesting that Rise Bakehouse roasts their own coffee and specializes in house blends, creating a cozy atmosphere for coffee and dessert lovers alike. The glass display cabinet is tempting with its assortment of cakes and pastries, including matcha-flavored treats and seasonal specials like sakura strawberry. For those wondering about the café environment, I found the interior warm and inviting, making it an ideal spot for relaxing or catching up with friends over desserts. Online menu availability (risebakehouse.sg) makes it easy to check offerings before you go. If you're curious, try pairing their signature espresso or specialty matcha drinks with different pastries to discover your favorite combination. The quality of ingredients and attention to detail in their baking process make every bite memorable. Keep an eye out for their celebration cakes—they look like perfect choices for special occasions. Overall, Rise Bakehouse brings a delightful mix of fresh bakes, creative beverages, and cozy ambiance, making it a great addition to Singapore’s growing café scene. I’m already planning to go back and try more from their impressive menu!
