Sour Cream Waffles

Swap the butter for sour cream and you’ll get waffles full of delicious, tangy flavor that’s similar to buttermilk pancakes!

Sour cream waffle recipe -

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

2 tbsp baking powder

2 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup sour cream

1 cup milk

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt, set aside

Whisk together the sour cream, milk, eggs and vanilla until smooth

Add the dry ingredients and stir just until combined

Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot waffle iron and cook through

Top with butter and warm maple syrup
