Pumpkin Spice Waffles Recipe-

Ingredients:

1 cup pumpkin purée

1 1/4 cup milk

2 eggs

1/4 cup melted butter

1 3/4 cup flour

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat waffle iron

Mix together pumpkin, milk, eggs and butter, set aside

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt

Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir to combine

Scoop about 1/2 cup of batter onto hot waffle iron and cook until done

Serve with butter and syrup
