Google 4.3⭐ hidden gem with one of the BEST rooftop dining views in Singapore: @alijiang.sg

Alijiang 阿里疆 brings authentic Xinjiang flavours inspired by the rich culinary culture of the Silk Road — and it’s located at VivoCity Sky Park overlooking Sentosa.

From juicy flame-grilled lamb skewers dusted with cumin & chilli to comforting handmade Xinjiang dishes, every dish felt rich, aromatic and packed with flavour. Plus, Friday–Sunday dinner comes with LIVE traditional Xinjiang dance performances for the full immersive experience.

The grilled lamb and lamb skewers were incredibly tender with smoky spice, the speciality rice was fragrant and comforting, and the desserts were creamy, refreshing and not overly sweet.

Perfect spot for date nights, family gatherings or bringing overseas friends for something unique in Singapore.

... Read moreIf you’re seeking a memorable dining spot in Singapore that offers more than just food, Alijiang at VivoCity is an exceptional choice. Beyond the delicious dishes highlighted, try to arrive for the weekend dinners to catch their live traditional Xinjiang dance performances—it's a feast for both the palate and the eyes. The diverse menu caters well to different tastes, featuring not only the popular lamb skewers and specialty rice but also refreshing desserts such as their homemade yogurt glutinous rice with apricot, which is delightfully creamy yet light. The restaurant’s location atop VivoCity provides a spacious and vibrant atmosphere perfect for various occasions—whether it's an intimate date night, a lively family gathering, or impressing friends visiting from abroad. The open kitchen setup adds to the experience as you can watch chefs preparing signature dishes like the Alijiang grilled lamb in a cage, demonstrating skill and authenticity. Don’t miss trying their unique beverage offerings like the Silk Road Milk Tea and Eight Treasure Tea, which perfectly complement the robust flavors of the cuisine. What I appreciate most is the balance in flavor and texture: the grilled lamb is tender and smoky with just the right hint of spice, while the stir-fried mushrooms with caixin add a fresh, earthy note that rounds out the meal. The cozy yet lively environment paired with panoramic views of Sentosa from the rooftop truly elevates the entire dining experience.
