Chocolate Fondue for 2
■ Materials
Chocolate bar (milk): 1 piece (about 65g)
Milk: 50cc
Rum: 1 / 2 to 1 tsp
Castella: Appropriate amount
Fruit of your choice (strawberry, kiwi, banana, etc.)
■ How to make
① Preparation of ingredients:
Chop the chocolate bar into 5mm width (the point is to chop it finely so that it melts quickly).
Cut the castella, kiwi and banana into bite-sized pieces.
② Heating: Put milk in a pot and heat it. When it boils, turn off the heat and add chopped chocolate.
③ Mix: Mix with a heat-resistant rubber spatula and add rum when the chocolate melts.
④ Finish: Serve the sauce in a bowl and add your favorite ingredients while it is warm.
