Mint Lemonade 🍋🍹

Spending £4 on a lemonade from a café when your kitchen has everything you need is something we’re leaving in the past. Let’s fix that.

This mint lemonade takes about five minutes to make and honestly it’s embarrassing how good it tastes for how little effort it takes. Tangy, minty, ice cold, and refreshing enough to make you close your eyes on the first sip. You know the ones.

The secret is keeping it simple. Fresh lemon juice, mint, a little sweetener, cold water. That’s it.

I used bottled lemon juice for this one and it still tasted good. But if you can get your hands on fresh lemons, go with those. The flavour is brighter, cleaner, and just hits different. Bottled is your backup, not your first choice.
