Day 4 IVF injections

Idk why I keep forgetting to record the Gonal shot. Anyway, this is Day 4 of my injections. Today, the dull headaches continue but we went out for breakfast and a movie date which helped distract me from it. Decided to have a treat at breakfast with Berry French toast and a couple watermelon mocktails at SMG. I think I deserved it. Hubby and I are planning to have a yoga session tonight to help relax and reenergize.

Today was all about mastering the three main types of injections: Intradermal, Subcutaneous, and Intramuscular. Here’s the breakdown: ✅ Intradermal (ID): Uses a 27-gauge needle and is injected just under the skin to create a little “bubble” in the arm—think TB skin tests! ✅ Subcutaneous (SubQ
