高校生の最後のお弁当は特別な思い出になりますよね。私も息子の高校最後の学校生活に、見た目も華やかで食べ応えのあるカフェ丼風のお弁当を作りました。今回のメニューは、たまご焼きや生姜焼き、ミートボール、ナポリタン、天ぷらなど、高校生男子も好きな定番おかずをバランス良く詰め込みました。特に生姜焼きは焦げ付きやすいので、火加減に注意してじっくり火を通すことがポイントです。実は私も最初に作ったときは生焼けで失敗しましたが、しっかり中まで火を通すことで安全で美味しく仕上がりました。ちくわとねじりこんにゃくの煮物は味が染みているので箸休めにぴったり。たこさんウインナーやこんにゃくゼリーなど見た目も楽しいアイテムを入れて、食べる楽しさを演出しています。作るときは、なるべく彩りを意識してお弁当箱に詰めると、写真映えもよく高校最後の記念にもなります。皆さんもぜひ、高校生の節目のお弁当にチャレンジしてみてください。
