Sourdough 🍞
✨ Ingredients:
• 100g active sourdough starter
• 350g warm water
• 500g bread flour
• 10g salt
✨ Directions:
1. Mix starter and water until combined.
2. Add flour and salt and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
3. Let rest for 30 minutes.
4. Perform 4 sets of stretch and folds every 30 minutes.
5. Let the dough bulk ferment until doubled in size.
6. Shape the dough and place in a floured banneton or bowl.
7. Cold proof in the refrigerator overnight.
8. Bake at 450°F in a preheated Dutch oven for 30 minutes covered, then 15-20 minutes uncovered until golden brown.
