salmon bowl recipe⬇️

ingredients (serves 2):

-1 lb salmon

-1 cup jasmine rice

-1 avocado

-some chives

salmon marinade:

-1 clove of garlic

-2 tbsp soy sauce

-2 tbsp mayo

-2 tbsp sriracha

-2 tbsp honey

-1 tsp red pepper flakes

-1 tsp onion powder

-1 tsp himalayan salt

sriracha mayo:

-2 tbsp mayo

-2 tbsp greek yogurt

-1 tbsp sriracha (or to taste)

boil water and then put jasmine rice in the pot on low until fully cooked. cut skin off of salmon and cut it into cubes. mix the sauce and spices in the bowl with salmon (marinade). put the salmon in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 11 minutes, flipping half way through. chop up chives and avocado. add mayo, greek yogurt, and sriracha to a cup and mix to make the sauce. plate the food however you like and it’s ready to eat! can also pair it with seaweed!
