Ingredients

* 1 cup oats @quaker

* 1/2 tsp cinnamon @simplyorganicfoods

* 1/4 tsp nutmeg

* 1 tsp baking powder

* Pinch of salt

* 1 tbsp nut butter

* 1 egg

* 3/4 cup almond milk @earthsown

* 1 overripe banana

* 1 tbsp maple syrup

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 2 tbsp raspberries

* 2 tbsp chocolate chunks

How to

Add all of the ingredients except the raspberries and chocolate to a blender and blend until smooth. Divide the batter between two ramekins. Sprinkle the raspberries and chocolate on top.

Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, until set and lightly golden. Enjoy warm.
