Meal prep week- 4 ingredient marinade
Grilled the chicken this week with 4 ingredients: Vinegar (any kind, I used balsamic) Sugar Olive oil Black sauce Turned out quite well. The black sauce gave the half chicken colour and the sugar carmelized on the chicken. Salt to taste as well. Broccoli, tomatoes and enoki on the sides.

Stirfry beancurd skin
Found beancurd skin at Bugis 四马路 area and tried this recipe I found online. First, break up the skin and soak in soy sauce and water to soften it. Next chop the veggies and mushrooms. I also added vermicelli like the caifan stall. Prepare the spices- I used cinnamon, cumin, cloves and pepper.
