Some chores aren’t just chores—they’re grounding, cozy, and honestly feel like a mini reset.

Here are the ones that always make me feel better, calmer, and more in control of my space and my mind:

• Cleaning my nightstand (aka: decluttering my brain)

• Folding laundry with a candle lit

• Organizing my skincare drawer

• Replacing my sponge (we all forget…)

• Dusting and watering the plants

• Tidying my bookshelf

• Wiping down the sink

• Washing my bedding

It’s about making the everyday feel intentional, soft, and sacred. A little bit of care in your space = care for yourself.
