Hey loves! 🌸 It’s that time of the week again Self-Care Sunday! ✨ After a crazy week, I’m all about unwinding and giving my skin some much-needed TLC. I’ve been obsessed with my LED face mask lately (thank you, Amazon!) it’s like the ultimate reset button for my face.

The red light therapy is soooo soothing, and it helps with inflammation and redness, which, let’s be real, I definitely need after all the late-night study sessions and stressing over life. 😂 I love how it makes my skin feel so smooth and glowing afterward. Plus, I’m getting my chill vibes on with my fave playlist in the background. 🎶
