One of my top choices, peanut butter & banana toast on sourdough bread, balances carbs, proteins, and healthy fats. To make it, start with a slice of whole grain sourdough bread. Toast it lightly for that perfect crunch. Spread a generous layer of peanut butter for added protein and richness. Top it with sliced bananas, which provide potassium and natural sweetness. For an extra treat, sprinkle some granola for crunch and drizzle with honey and a dash of cinnamon to elevate the flavors. You can easily enhance this meal by pairing it with a smoothie. Consider blending spinach, banana, and your choice of milk for a nutrient-packed beverage. Alternatively, serve fresh fruits on the side for added vibrancy. This meal not only satisfies hunger but also brings positive energy to your day!
