In times of hardship and uncertainty, it's natural to feel overwhelmed by the noise and struggles surrounding us. However, the verse Hebrews 12:2 offers a powerful reminder: rather than fixating on difficulties, we can find strength by focusing our attention on Jesus, who endured unimaginable suffering yet remained steadfast for the joy that awaited Him. This passage emphasizes that Jesus not only faced the cross but also disregarded the shame associated with such sacrifice. 🍑 How to fix gluteal imbalances? Use a resistance band on the weaker side ONLY. You can do 2-3 sets of 12 repetitions of single leg reverse hypers up to 5 times per week prior to each training session. I always recommend training glutes 2-3 times per week with enough rest in between each session.
