I am a psych major this is my second year at my college though I will be graduating next year <3 I hope to post a lot about mental health and journal prompts to help with mood and emotional management I love crystals and stuff as well
As a psychology major with hands-on experience as a Shelter Associate and RBT, my journey has been shaped by empathy and understanding of mental health. Crystals have intrigued many for their supposed healing qualities, with each type believed to offer different benefits. Journaling can serve as a powerful tool for emotional management, helping express feelings and track mood changes. Many seek ways to balance their academic and personal interests; I find joy in dancing, reading, and the exploration of self-care through makeup and fashion. Building a community around shared interests like concerts and exercise can provide invaluable support in our pursuits of mental well-being.
