How I got consistent in the gym.

Have you ever felt like you want to workout but consistency is nearly impossible? These are a few tricks I’ve used to get me to consistency.

1. GET THE CUTE OUTFIT! It sounds silly butttt If you are excited to put on the cute fit and have people see it that gives you motivation to go to the gym.

2. Put your least favorite exercise in the middle of the workout. This way you are warming up with something you enjoy and looking forward to the next thing. It breaks it up in your mind.

3. Work heavily on mindset. I hated the gym for a while but I told myself it’s only hard for a right now it’s not hard forever.

4. Take the progress photos! I can’t stress this enough. We get lost and discouraged in the day to day aspects. This gives you something to look back on and gives yourself a visual of how far you have come.
