The only healthy fast food I’m craving rn

I love that Starbucks actually has healthier breakfast options for the days when I’m way too lazy or tired to cook. Sometimes I just don’t have the energy to make breakfast before work, so being able to grab something quick that is still healthy makes my mornings so much easier. My go to order is always the bacon & gruyère egg bites because they’re healthy, high in protein, and honestly taste way better than most fast food breakfasts to me.

I like that they’re soft, cheesy, and super satisfying without making me feel heavy afterward. They’re also easy to eat on the go, which is perfect for busy mornings when I’m rushing out the door. Compared to greasy breakfast sandwiches or sugary pastries, these make me feel like I’m making a slightly healthier choice while still treating myself. I swear these egg bites save me on the mornings when I’m lazy. 😭
