Day 21 & 22
Hi guys! Month 1 is almost over and I am so exited! I have lost 42 pounds so far, but to be honest with you all, I have not been feeling good lately. I'm in a very uncomfortable place where I have lost a lot of weight and I am proud, but I am still so far away that I get discouraged :( Do you guys have any tips for that?

Hi everyone! Following up on my last post about hitting a wall at Day 21 & 22, I've been doing a lot of thinking and reading about how to keep pushing through when the journey feels long. It's tough when you've made progress, like losing 42 pounds, but still have a big goal ahead, like that dream of losing 150 pounds ultimately. I know I'm not alone in feeling this way. One thing that keeps coming up in my research, and something I've started focusing on, is the importance of a holistic approach, especially digestive health. When we're trying to make big changes to our bodies, sometimes our gut can feel a bit out of whack. I've heard a lot about different 'systems' or challenges, like a 21-day digestive support system, which can really help to 'renew' your body from the inside out. It's not about any specific product for me, but more about understanding the concept of giving your digestive system a reset. I've learned that a healthy gut isn't just about feeling less bloated; it plays a huge role in energy levels, mood, and even how well our body processes nutrients. When my digestion is sluggish, I feel sluggish all over, and that just adds to the discouragement. So, I'm trying to incorporate more fiber, drink plenty of water, and even consider some gentle probiotics. It's like giving my internal system a gentle nudge to renew itself. Thinking about a '21-day system' really helps me break down the big goal. Instead of constantly thinking about the full 150 pounds I want to lose, I can focus on smaller, achievable steps, like committing to 21 days of really focusing on gut-friendly foods and consistent hydration. This kind of structured approach can help build momentum. It's about 'renewing' my daily habits and making them stick. It’s easy to get caught up in the numbers, especially after hitting milestones like Day 21 & 22 and seeing 42 pounds gone. But the mental game is just as important as the physical one. When I feel better internally, it gives me that extra boost to keep going towards that ultimate goal of losing 150 pounds. This isn't just about weight anymore; it’s about feeling good, energized, and clear-headed. So, if you're also feeling stuck or discouraged, maybe think about how you can support your digestive health. It might not be a magic bullet, but for me, focusing on renewing my gut health feels like a practical step that contributes to overall well-being and helps me stay on track for the long haul. Remember, every day, every '21-day' period, is a step closer to our goals. We're in this together!
