「mume 福岡」で探している人向けに、私が行く前に知りたかったポイントをまとめます。 まずMUMEは、福岡市中央区・大濠公園駅から徒歩4分ほど。お店はコンパクトで席数が少なく（2席）、基本は“空いてたら寄る”より“狙って行く”タイプのカフェでした。営業日は火・水・木で、時間は11:00〜16:00。休日営業のカフェに慣れていると曜日を間違えやすいので、ここだけは先にチェックしておくのがおすすめです。 私のお目当てはイートイン限定の「かぼちゃプリン」。写真で見た通り、ホイップクリームにカラメルソース、トッピングにかぼちゃの煮物やスライスアーモンドがのっていて、見た目から秋のご褒美感が強め。ひと口目から“プリン”というより「かぼちゃペーストをそのままデザートにした」みたいな濃さで、甘さはしっかりあるのに重すぎないのが印象的でした。カラメルのほろ苦さが後味を締めてくれて、最後まで飽きにくいです。 合わせて頼んだ「いちじくあんバター最中」は、花形の最中皮がかわいくて、あんことバターの塩気にドライいちじくのプチプチ感がアクセント。甘い→香ばしい→塩気の流れが気持ちよくて、プリンと交互に食べると満足度が上がりました。ドリンクは「八女抹茶ラテ」を選ぶと、抹茶の香りがかぼちゃの甘さと相性よく、秋っぽい組み合わせになります。 注意点としては、駐車場がないので車より公共交通機関が安心なこと、席が少ないので滞在時間はゆったりというより“丁寧に味わう”感じになりやすいこと。メニューは「かぼちゃプリン600円／いちじくあんバター最中380円／八女抹茶ラテ600円」など、予算は1人1,500円前後を見ておくと選びやすいと思います。 「MUMEってどんなカフェ？」と迷っているなら、秋はこのイートイン限定かぼちゃプリン狙いで行く価値ありでした。行く日は営業日と時間だけ先に確認して、あとは当日の気分で最中や抹茶ラテをセットにすると満足度高めです。
