🌮 Our first Mexican meal in Singapore — and what a fiery start at @papistacos! 🇲🇽✨
Huge thanks to Chef Edwin & team for making it such a memorable experience — especially with their homemade chilli (of course I went straight for the hottest one 🌶🔥).
We dug into crispy Papi’s Nachos — freshly fried, cheesy, and loaded with all the good stuff — plus Quesabirria Tacos stuffed with tender braised Aussie beef brisket, and Tacos de Camaron bursting with juicy prawns and mango salsa. The Grilled Chorizo was another total standout! 💯
To cool things down, we sipped on Agua Frescas Mangonada 🍋🥭 and a Frozen Tamarindo Margarita 🍹— refreshing perfection.
