7 course French Omakase 💰70

French Omakase at White Bird, there are no crystal chandeliers or stiff fine dining rituals—just a quiet, minimal space where every course feels like a story unfolding.

An 8-course journey that traces emotion more than appetite… starting with playful curiosity, building into depth, and ending on a lingering note you’ll keep thinking about.

From the comforting surprise of chicken pho with yuzu broth, to delicate scallops, indulgent truffle-laced zucchini, and that rich Kurobuta pork chop (+$8, but worth it).

And just when you think it’s over—dessert hits with that sinful 74% Belgian chocolate brownie with miso crème toffee… unforgettable.

It’s not loud. It’s not flashy.

But it stays with you.

💫 7-course from $70

✨ Top up $15 for the full discovery (both mains highly recommended)

... Read moreDining at White Bird offers a unique blend of minimalistic charm and emotional storytelling through food. From my personal experience, the highlight was the chicken pho infused with yuzu broth—a comforting and surprising twist on classic flavors that immediately captured my attention. The scallops paired with cauliflower and lightly smoked asparagus bacon created a delicate balance of textures and tastes that kept me intrigued. One course that truly stood out was the zucchini strings laced with black truffles; the earthy aroma perfectly complemented the freshness of the vegetables, enhancing the entire dish. I highly recommend upgrading to include the Kurobuta pork chop, despite the small additional cost, as its rich flavor and tender texture made it utterly worth it. The pork was paired beautifully with parsnip, mustard greens, and a granny smith jus that brought a subtle fruitiness to the plate. The dessert was an unforgettable finale— a sinful Belgian chocolate brownie crafted with 74% single-origin chocolate, paired with miso crème toffee. This combination provided an intense, slightly salty-sweet finish that lingered delightfully on the palate. Throughout the meal, the quiet, unfussy ambiance lets the food and its narrative shine without the distractions of overly formal dining settings. White Bird’s omakase, available weekdays and Saturdays by reservation, also offers beer selections to complement your meal. The space and the dishes together offer a memorable culinary journey that focuses on emotion and discovery rather than pomp and circumstance, making it ideal for anyone seeking a sophisticated yet approachable French dining experience in Singapore.

Value for money omakase!
🤩 $115 for 11 courses, premium ingredients like Hokkaido Oysters, A5 Wagyu, Uni, and fresh sashimi is really value for money. Local chef, non-traditional hole in the wall spot. Definitely better than average for this price range, and would recommend the restaurant to non-Japanese food snobs!
