... Read moreIf you're a hotpot lover, the new Xiaoyanzi Tomato Hot Pot outlet at 321 Clementi Ave 3 is definitely worth visiting. What I appreciate most is their unique broths — especially the fresh tomato broth that is both tangy and nourishing. The Gingko Pork Tripe Broth adds a rich flavor that made our meal feel hearty and comforting.
The selection of meats is impressive, including premium options like Australian marbled beef short rib and Spanish chestnut-fed pork collar, which add great depth to each bite. I also recommend trying their fresh shrimp paste and hand-rolled New Zealand lamb for an elevated taste experience.
One highlight is their $3 free-flow offer covering sauces, fruits, desserts like brown sugar jelly and matcha pudding, and even three different flavors of drinks. This gives you great value and a nice variety to complement your meal.
The DIY sauce bar is a fun touch where you can mix and match flavors, guided by their signature sauce recommendations, adding a personal twist to your hotpot. From my visits, Xiaoyanzi’s ambiance feels warm and cozy, ideal for an intimate date night or gathering with friends.
For those curious about the ingredients, the pork collar is noted for being chestnut-fed from Spain, imparting a unique nutty flavor, and the lamb rolls from New Zealand are tender and fresh. The attention to quality shines through in each dish.
If you’re exploring Clementi for a satisfying hotpot option, Xiaoyanzi’s second outlet is a convenient and delightful choice. Expect a flavorful, comforting meal with excellent service and great extras to enhance your dining experience.
