🐊 Jong’s Crocodile Farm & Zoo – Part 2 🦜🦆
Beyond the crocodiles, Jong’s Crocodile Farm & Zoo is also home to a variety of wildlife, making it one of Kuching’s long-standing family-friendly attractions since the 1990s.
We had so much fun exploring the zoo, snapping photos of the adorable animals, feeding the hungry duckies, and making our way just in time for the 11:30am Arapaima feeding session! Watching one of the world’s largest freshwater fish leap out of the water during feeding was such an exciting experience. 🐟
A relaxing morning surrounded by nature, wildlife, and plenty of photo opportunities. If you’re visiting Kuching, stop by at Jong’s crocodiles farm—there’s so much more to discover here! ❤️

Visiting Jong’s Crocodile Farm & Zoo offers a rich and immersive experience beyond just viewing crocodiles. The farm has been a cherished family destination in Kuching since the 1990s, showcasing a wide range of exotic animals and birds, which makes it perfect for animal enthusiasts and families alike. During my visit, I was captivated by the delightful interactions with the animals, especially feeding the friendly ducks around the pond — it’s a simple yet heartwarming activity that kids absolutely love. The highlight was definitely the Arapaima feeding at 11:30am. Seeing one of the world’s largest freshwater fish leap out of the water to catch food is an impressive sight that adds a unique thrill to the visit. The farm is conveniently located along Kuching-Serian Road at Siburan, just 29 km from the city center. Entrance fees are quite reasonable, with different rates for Malaysian locals and foreign visitors, including children, making it an accessible attraction for all. Photography enthusiasts will find plenty of opportunities as the farm is surrounded by lush greenery and hosts numerous photogenic animals. The atmosphere is peaceful and natural, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing half-day outing where you can unwind from the bustle of city life. For those planning a trip, bringing cash is recommended as the farm accepts it for entry fees. It’s also worth noting that while the management takes care to ensure visitor safety, guests should remain cautious as the farm houses large reptiles. Overall, Jong’s Crocodile Farm & Zoo is more than just a crocodile exhibit; it’s a comprehensive wildlife experience that offers educational and recreational value, suitable for visitors of all ages visiting Kuching.
