💫Today is Day 1 Week 1 of my journey with #tirzepatide 25units every 7 days

💫I will be sharing my weight loss at least once a week! A few things I am doing along with my #glp1weightloss is eating at least 30g of protein at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

⚡️Water intake at 80oz per day

⚡️10k steps a day

⚡️23min TLE workouts 5 days a week

⚡️No alcohol

Moving up a dose? Prep the boring things first. They are usually the things you’ll be glad to have later. Keep easy basics nearby: electrolytes, water, ginger tea, peppermint tea, crackers, broth, Greek yogurt, protein shakes, eggs, berries, cucumber, and small meals that do not feel too heavy.
