💫Today is Day 1 Week 1 of my journey with #tirzepatide 25units every 7 days
💫I will be sharing my weight loss at least once a week! A few things I am doing along with my #glp1weightloss is eating at least 30g of protein at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
⚡️Water intake at 80oz per day
⚡️10k steps a day
⚡️23min TLE workouts 5 days a week
⚡️No alcohol
