Here are 9 things to add to your morning routine to help you feel your best!

4: drink a full glass of water. It’s essential to rehydrate your body after a night’s rest

6: plan out your day by jotting down tasks or goals for the day

7: spend a few minutes outside

8: if possible, try to do a light workout or go for a 20 minute walk to get your body moving and ready for the day
