Winter unmotivation is so real 😩
Lately I’ve been feeling so unmotivated and I hope I’m not alone. With winter settling in and the holidays right around the corner, it’s too easy to slip out of my normal routines. The dark mornings, the freezing weather, not wanting to work out or go on outdoor runs… plus all the holiday festivities pulling you in a million cozy directions. Honestly, all I want to do is couch-rot, binge on holiday movies, and sleep. 😅 Anyone else in the same boat?
