Fountain pen/ink recommendations please!

I have always loved the idea of fountain pens. But they just don't seem to love me.

I have 3 maybe 4 different ones and I always seem to have the same ink flow issue.

Does anyone have any pen/ink recommendations? I would really love an easy, grab-and-write sort of pen, I'm happy to keep up with maintenance and would love some cool inks to change!

Platinum Meteor - it was $11 when I got mine but I believe US residents can get it for cheaper on Aliexpress. I think this uses the same mechanism as the Preppy, because the cap design prevents the ink from drying out, the nib is pretty smooth too! I recommend getting the F nib. Muji polycarbona
