What helped me the most during a similar journey was focusing less on motivational quotes and more on purposeful awareness and action. What really resonated with me was the program’s insistence on commitment without demanding perfection. It acknowledges that progress often comes from consistent, intentional steps rather than waiting for everything to be perfect. I also learned that acknowledging limiting beliefs and fears can be transformative.
