Nothing is inherently good or bad…

it becomes real based on how you perceive it.

Read that again.

Your awareness is what gives something meaning.

Your perception is what gives it power.

Which means…

the same exact situation can create two completely different realities

depending on who is experiencing it.

One woman sees a setback.

Another sees redirection.

One sees rejection.

Another sees alignment.

Same event.

Different reality.

And that’s where most people stay stuck.

They keep focusing on what they don’t want…

replaying it

analyzing it

giving it energy

…and then wondering why it keeps showing up.

You’re not experiencing reality.

You’re experiencing your interpretation of it.

And interpretation is a choice.

If reality is malleable…

if this is all happening through your awareness…

then why are you choosing to lock yourself into experiences

you don’t even prefer?

You are the conscious creator.

So shift your attention.

Shift your meaning.

Shift your reality.

Because the moment you decide

“this is working for me”

…it does.

Comment SHIFT if you’re done feeding realities you don’t want 🔥

... Read moreI've personally experienced how shifting my attention can transform my reality. There was a time when I faced what seemed like a major setback at work. Initially, I saw it as a rejection that held me back. But then I realized that my interpretation was limiting me. By consciously choosing to view the situation as a redirection toward better opportunities, I found new motivation and clarity. This shift in perception isn’t just a feel-good idea; it’s about recognizing that reality is malleable and that our awareness is the lens through which we experience life. I noticed that when I focused on unwanted outcomes or repeatedly analyzed negative experiences, those ideas gained more energy and kept appearing in my life. It was like feeding a loop I didn’t want. Deciding to stop feeding those unwanted realities was a turning point. I started redirecting my focus to what I preferred and what worked for me. For example, instead of dwelling on failures, I asked myself, "What can I learn from this? What new paths are opening?" This simple choice gradually rewired my mindset and allowed me to manifest more positive experiences. Incorporating practices like mindfulness and journaling helped deepen my awareness. Mindfulness brought me into the present moment, preventing my mind from replaying old negative loops. Journaling helped me track how changing my interpretations affected my emotions and reality. If you find yourself stuck, remember that your interpretation is a choice. You’re the conscious creator of your experience. By shifting attention, perception, and meaning, you unlock the power to change your reality. It takes practice but the results are worth it—more peace, clarity, and alignment with what truly matters to you. So, try it today: when faced with a challenge, pause and ask yourself, "What meaning do I want to give this? How can I see it working for me?" Your awareness will do the rest.

VAGINAL DISCHARGE
Let’s get real #TMI with our #girltalk shall we? I know that these kinds of topics can be a bit embarrassing or taboo, but let’s face it, we need to talk about it! Far too many of us lack the basic understanding of our own vaginas. This is not a dig! It’s a sad look at our education systems

The banana you eat on Monday and the one you eat on Friday are biologically different foods for your gut. A green banana contains up to 35% resistant starch — direct fuel for butyrate-producing bacteria. By the time it is ripe, that drops to as low as 1–5%. The same principle applies to every fruit
