1. Plan around peace.
Start now, a little at a time this summer, planning around peace. I’ve spent years running on autopilot - trying to do everything, juggling all the balls in the air, holding all the roles, and putting myself last.
This time, I’m not planning around stress. I’m planning around peace.
It’s time for balance that protects my energy,
faith that keeps me grounded, and intention that aligns with my purpose.

Planning around peace is essential for maintaining a balanced life. As we navigate our busy schedules, it's crucial to prioritize our well-being and intentionally create a space for tranquility. Start by reflecting on your daily tasks. Identify aspects that drain your energy and look for ways to manage them with greater care. Incorporating practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and reflection into your daily routine can significantly enhance your mental clarity and emotional well-being. Setting boundaries for work and personal time allows for a more structured yet flexible lifestyle, where peace takes precedence over pressure. Each small step matters, whether it's dedicating time for self-care, nurturing your hobbies, or simply taking moments to breathe deeply and focus on the present. Engaging with communities that value similar intentions can also foster support and accountability. This summer, as you plan your activities, let peace guide your choices and actions, transforming your approach to life into one that aligns with your core values.
