We tend to process things logically, dissecting every word, every silence, every potential implication. This isn't necessarily a bad thing; it means we're thoughtful and observant. However, when it comes to relationships and dating, this can lead to a whirlwind of anxiety. We might analyze why a text wasn't sent, what a delayed response means, or if our last conversation was misinterpreted. This deep dive into analysis can sometimes be mistaken for emotional detachment, or it can even cause us to seem detached because we're so caught up in our own heads rather than expressing our feelings.
