Copycat La Brasa Grill Rotisserie Chicken 🍗

Roasted Peruvian Chicken

Ingredients:

2 whole chickens

Seasoning:

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp minced garlic

1 jalapeño (optional)

1 tsp Oregano dried

1 tsp black pepper

4 tsp smoked paprika

2 tbsp Salt

5 tbsp Olive oil

2 tsp ground cumin

I personally first clean my chicken. Then mix together all of my ingredients for the seasoning and generously slather it all over my chicken and under the skin. Allow to marinate for at least an hour. Set your oven to 350 degrees and allow to roast for 1-2 hours depending on the size. Remove roast pan cover or aluminum foil to allow the chicken to brown nicely for about 15 minutes. Finally let rest for 15-30 minutes and serve @Lemon8 Food .
