I’m so excited that I conquered my weight loss goal! I’ve struggled so many times since 2016 and I’ve started over and over and over again! I haven’t been 129/130 lbs since 2014/2015! Having PCOS has made my journey challenging however, this time I’ve don’t things differently, I stayed consistent, I loved myself during this process, I made lifestyle changes, I fought through my depression and I’m finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I officially started this journey on 10/20/2024 & on 3/23/2025 I was able to say I met my goal! I went from a Large to a Small and shipping for clothes and wearing clothes have been more exciting for me now.
Although I’ve lost the weight I only conquered half the battle. I have to maintain my weight and I have to stay consistent with my workout, strength and body composition. I have to make sure I continue to eat healthy, get sleep reduce my stress and so much more.
