Storyline: IBS 💔

Had a really rough day.

I didn’t eat anything trash or fast food yesterday but ended up having such a bad stomachache.

I think I have IBS

Drop tips in comments below if you know how to beat it. I don’t drink or smoke or have coffee daily.

I am on medicines now but I would love to have natural remedy

... Read moreIrritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) affects many individuals, causing discomfort and digestive issues. Stress, dietary choices, and lifestyle habits can contribute to flare-ups. Key factors that might help manage IBS include: 1. **Dietary Adjustments**: Incorporate a low-FODMAP diet, avoiding high-fructose foods, dairy, and gluten, which can trigger symptoms. 2. **Hydration**: Stay hydrated by drinking ample water, which aids digestion and reduces bloating. 3. **Probiotics**: Adding probiotics to your diet may improve gut health and help alleviate symptoms. Yogurt and fermented foods can be beneficial. 4. **Mindfulness Practices**: Techniques such as yoga and meditation can reduce stress, a common IBS trigger. 5. **Regular Exercise**: Engaging in daily physical activities promotes healthy digestive function. 6. **Complementary Therapies**: Consider acupuncture or herbal remedies, which some find helpful. You are not alone in this journey; connecting with others who understand IBS may provide additional support and resources.

I do a combo of things. Cammomile Tea helps a lot. I also have medicine from my doctor. Other than that and based on the flare, I make sure to have gas x (cramping and bloating), Advil or Aleve (depends on the pain you have), Benadryl (helps me to slow down and relax), melatonin to help me sleep, and ginger ale.

Try to go see a GI doctor. They can test you more thoroughly and find out if it may be something else
