I recently had the distinct pleasure of discovering Chowology in Pembroke Pines, and let me tell you, it's quickly become a new favorite and truly feels like a SoFlo Gem! I was on the hunt for a place that offered something beyond the usual, a spot with a whole different twist on classic Asian flavors, and this family-owned kitchen absolutely delivered. From the moment I stepped inside, the inviting aroma promised a culinary adventure. It's wonderful to know they proudly offer Halal chicken for all their dishes, making their fantastic menu accessible to a wider audience, which I deeply appreciate. The Fried Rangoons were perfectly crispy on the outside with a warm, creamy, and flavorful filling – a definite must-try that disappeared quickly. But the real standout for me was the Korean Corndog; it was an incredible blend of savory and a hint of sweet, encased in that satisfyingly crunchy coating. I personally loved the ombré strawberry lemonade with boba; it was wonderfully fruity and perfectly tart. My friend raved about the classic brown sugar milk tea, which was expertly crafted – perfectly sweet and luxuriously creamy. They also serve a variety of other unique lemonades with boba, so there’s truly a beverage for every craving. The service throughout our visit was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which always elevates the dining experience.
