My GLP-1 Progress

First picture was my starting weight of 297lbs

I ended up getting pregnant in October and miscarrying in December sadly

Second picture I started again in January almost February but I started on Zepbound instead of Wegovy which was such a great change I saw better results and less side effects

Last picture is of me recently weighing in at 240 I’m so proud of myself! This journey hasn’t been easy but I’m going harder now I’m reaching my goal before the year ends!

Any tips for working out or anything to help with this growth is greatly appreciated 🥰

When I started at 297lbs, captured in that first picture wearing the black and white striped top, I felt overwhelmed and unsure if I could ever reach my goals. My initial experience with Wegovy was a start, but it wasn't quite the breakthrough I hoped for, and I did face some of those common side effects. After a tough personal setback, restarting my journey felt daunting. But making the switch to Zepbound really changed the game for me. It’s like the 'before and after tirzepatide' comparisons you see online finally became my reality. The difference in results was noticeable, and thankfully, the side effects were much more manageable. I remember feeling a renewed sense of hope when I looked at myself in that red sweater, just a few weeks into Zepbound, realizing this was truly working. Now, looking at the most recent picture, smiling in my grey t-shirt at 240lbs, I’m genuinely proud of every step. This isn't just about the numbers; it's about feeling healthier, having more energy, and embracing a lifestyle change. For anyone looking into 'zepbound results' or a 'wegovy transformation,' I can tell you it's a marathon, not a sprint, but the payoff is immense. One thing I've learned is that while GLP-1 medications like Zepbound and Wegovy are powerful tools, they work best when paired with conscious lifestyle choices. I've been focusing on increasing my protein intake, staying hydrated, and finding ways to move my body that I actually enjoy. Even simple things like daily walks or trying a new dance class can make a huge difference. I'm still learning and open to tips for working out more effectively, but finding consistency has been key for me. If you're considering a 'tirzepatide before and after' journey, remember to talk to your doctor, understand the potential side effects, and be patient with yourself. There will be good days and tougher ones, but seeing those changes in your body and how you feel is incredibly motivating. My goal is to hit my target weight before the year ends, and with the progress I've seen, I truly believe it's possible. This journey has shown me how much strength I truly have, and I hope my experience can offer some encouragement to others.
