Many were quick to update it for a new, prettier and more intuitive look, but it seems like this freshness comes with a weird bug that puzzles the user quite a bit.

The first problem is that when a new app is installed, the list of apps or folders will not appear in the All apps list immediately after installation. For example, when installing VMware Workstation, the app folder does not appear. File Explorer must be opened to find it. It must be restarted or File Explorer before returning. This bug will only occur in apps that create folders in Start Menu > Programs.

Another bug that many people find is after restarting the system or File Explorer and opening the Start menu first. If you click left or right on any app, the menu will immediately move back to the top of the list. For example, you want to open the Photos app, it will be moved back to the front page. Fortunately, this will occur only once. After that, the menu will work normally.

The surprising thing is that these problems occurred on both the main, notebook, and virtual machines, leading many to question how Microsoft released this new Start menu, which was developed and tested for months, and earlier in the Insider version announced that it had solved the scroll problem, but the stable version of the user still found it.

In addition to the Start menu, it was reported that the Task Manager system on Windows 11 also had bugs. It was not possible to shut down its own processors to consume machine resources unnecessarily.
