After Microsoft released the KB5070311 update to solve many of the long-accumulated big problems of Windows 11. Both file Explorer stale symptoms Taskbar did not respond. This is not just the first opening, but almost every stroke. Whether you open a new tab, enter the Home or Gallery page, open or close the detail bar, or even press More details, you will find a flash when you copy the file.

Microsoft has already acknowledged that this problem is caused by the actual KB5070311 update, suggesting the simplest temporary solution is to turn off the dark mode, wait until there is a permanent patch, which is not yet clear when to release.
